Rule one
A pay range before a job can publish
Every posting shows its pay range. A role cannot be published without one. Pay is part of the job, so pay is part of the posting, from the first minute.
How it works
One path for people looking for work. One path for employers. A person in the middle making the match. Here is the whole thing, side by side.
In the middle
How does AbleVerse decide who matches a job? People do. AbleVerse pairs candidates and roles on demonstrated skills and accommodation fit, and humans make every decision. AI on AbleVerse only removes barriers, like plain language help and interview preparation. It never screens anyone out.
Both sides say yes before anything more is shared.
Matches share skills, availability, and work samples.
The standing rules
Rule one
Every posting shows its pay range. A role cannot be published without one. Pay is part of the job, so pay is part of the posting, from the first minute.
Rule two
AbleVerse never asks about disability, and no posting on AbleVerse can either. Questions describe the job, never the person. The one question that is always offered, to everyone, every time: do you need an accommodation for the application or hiring process itself?
Rule three
After both sides say yes, an accommodations conversation is offered as a standard part of every match. It is routine here, not a special request. What is shared is the job seeker's choice, and how each person works best is shared only after they accept a match.
AbleVerse has not launched yet. The waitlist is open, and the first matches will be made by hand in Connecticut before the full platform opens.
This page describes the platform we are building and the rules it will run by from day one.
